● If your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email, and your query will be queued for response.

● In case of any technical issues during payment (e.g., payment failure or deduction without confirmation), please refer to our refund conditions below.


3. Refund Eligibility :-

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances :

● Payment Failure with Deduction: If an amount is deducted from your bank account but the transaction was not successful on our platform (i.e., no query submitted/confirmed).

● Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally pay more than once for the same query or session.


4. Non-Refundable Conditions :-

● Once a query has been successfully submitted and our team has started processing the case, the payment is non-refundable, even if you decide to withdraw your query.


● Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with the subjective nature of the guidance provided. We strive to deliver thoughtful responses, but outcomes and perspectives can vary.


5. Refund Process :-

● For eligible cases, the refund will be automatically initiated to the original payment method.

● The refunded amount will typically reflect in your bank account within 4–5 business days from the date of initiation.
